1. What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of cleaning services, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and more. Our services are customisable to meet your specific needs.


2. How much do your cleaning services cost?

For standard residential, cleaning our hourly rate is £20.00. However, our pricing depends on the type of service, the size of the space, and the frequency of cleaning. For all of our services including commercial cleaning we provide free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your requirements. Contact us for a personalised estimate.


3. Are your cleaners trained and experienced?

Yes, all of our cleaners are trained, experienced, and undergo background checks. We prioritise safety, quality, and professionalism in our team members.


3. What cleaning products do you use?

We use a range of cleaning products depending on the job and we also allow our team to use their preferred cleaning product where appropriate however, if you have specific preferences or allergies, please let us know, and we can accommodate accordingly.


4. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, we bring our own cleaning supplies however, we do ask that where possible a vacuum and mop can be made available at the property for residential cleans. (If this isn't possible we just need to know 24 hours in advance so that we can ensure your cleaner is travelling with these on the day) Other than this you don't need to worry about providing anything.


5. How often can I schedule cleaning services?

You can schedule our services based on your needs. We offer one-time cleaning, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and customised cleaning schedules. Our residential cleaning packages offer guaranteed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly slots.


6. What areas do you serve?

Our team covers a wide variety of postcodes all around Bristol.


7. Is your company insured?

Yes, we are fully insured to protect your property and belongings during our cleaning services.


8. Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

It's not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with access to their homes or businesses, and we take great care to ensure security and trustworthiness.


9. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, if your clean isn't cancelled and our cleaner arrives you will be charged the full fee.


10. Do you offer satisfaction guarantees?

Yes, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will address and rectify the issue promptly.


11. How do I schedule a cleaning appointment?

12. Can I provide special instructions or requests for the cleaning?
