We're not going to dress this up. Bristol Cleaning has been through a period of significant change — and if you've come across us before and wondered what's going on, this is us being straight with you about it.

The business was acquired, taken apart, and rebuilt. Not because there was nothing worth saving — the name, the local knowledge, and a handful of good client relationships were all worth holding onto — but because the foundations needed to be reset properly. That process has taken time, investment, and no small amount of hard work. But we're through it.

So here's where we are now.

The team is in good shape

The single most important thing we've done is put the right people in place. We have a strong MD leading the operation — someone who has reshaped the team with a clear focus on quality, reliability, and growth. The people doing the work day to day have been selected and managed with that same standard in mind.

In a service business, the team is the product. We've made sure ours is one we're confident in.
